Introducing jaxcmr: JAX-accelerated computational memory modeling
Welcome to the jaxcmr blog! This is where we’ll share updates on the library, tutorials for computational memory modeling, and notes from ongoing research.
What is jaxcmr?
jaxcmr is a JAX-accelerated toolkit for modeling memory search using Context Maintenance and Retrieval (CMR) models. It provides:
- Fast simulation: JIT-compiled model simulations
- Differentiable: JAX enables automatic differentiation
- Fitting: Differential evolution for parameter estimation
- Analyses: Standard behavioral measures (SPC, CRP, etc.)
Getting Started
Check out the jaxcmr repository to install jaxcmr and run your first simulation.
